Located within a Higher Risk Building, the project required a rigorous and highly coordinated approach to design and delivery. The apartment was comprehensively reconfigured through the renewal of all mechanical and electrical systems, bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and interior finishes, while maintaining the existing compartmentation and means of escape strategy. Particular attention was given to fire safety, including upgrades to fire-stopping, service penetrations and fire-rated doors, ensuring compliance with the building’s wider requirements while delivering a refined living environment.
